What Is Life Coaching?
Life coaching helps clients connect with their purpose, build relationships, and live with confidence, clarity, and conviction by identifying strengths and taking intentional steps towards achieving goals.
Who Is Coaching For?
Life coaching is not a fast-track pass to happiness and fulfillment. Clients who have trauma to work through or healing to be done should seek professional treatment before beginning life coaching. Our approach is to create personalized plans for each individual using proven psychological methods and coaching frameworks. This allows us to meet clients where they are, and to take one step at a time towards empowerment and success.
What is The Process Like?
We take a customized approach to coaching. We will start by getting to you know and exploring your goals. Together we will identify priorities, and build a plan to achieve your goals. We supplement our coaching sessions with state of the art technology that will provide exercises and resources in between coaching sessions, all accessible from any internet capable device.
1. Getting Started
The first step is to contact your coach and determine whether coaching is right for you. Having the right coach is very important, and before we embark on a journey together we will first make sure that working together will be beneficial for you.
2. Sign me up!
Once you’ve decided that coaching is right for you, we will create your account with Quenza and complete your enrollment paperwork electronically. Quenza will allow you to access your documents, complete activities and even chat with your coach through a secure site. Whether you are at home or on the go, you will be able to stay on track with your coaching program. We will also schedule your first coaching session. Depending on your package, we will also collect payment information.
3. Getting to know you.
During your first session, your coach will review your enrollment questionnaires and spend some time getting to know you. You create a plan for how your coaching sessions will go, preferences, and discuss scheduling. The first session is similar to a kick-off call to start your journey towards empowerment and achievement.
4. Practice makes perfect.
Once you’ve established your goals, it’s time to get to work. Your coach will work with you to create an action plan for achieving your goals, and will provide activities and assignments to complete between coaching sessions. Your coaching sessions will be focused on your achievements and overcoming obstacles, and your coach will hold you accountable for completing your assigned tasks.
5. And we're off to the races!
As you progress through your coaching sessions, we will measure your progress towards your goals, and celebrate your achevements and set new tasks to help you realize your goals. Your coach will proivde support, accountability, resources and recognition as you make your way forward.
