Please contact your coach via email or phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.  Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

No problem!  Scheduling a complementary one-on-one session will give you the opportunity to discuss your questions and concerns with a coach, which will help you decide if coaching is for you.
