Life coaching is NOT therapy.

While there are some similarities, coaching is focused on personal and professional development and is focused on improving a persons well-being. Coaches motivate and encourage people to achieve specific goals.  Therapists provide mental health care services and diagnose and treat mental illness.  If you feel that you are struggling with mental health challenges, please seek assistance from a licenced mental health professional.

Coach Jess has a background in Psychology and Human Resources Management.  With a diverse background in various industries, and over 15 years management experience, Jess has been practicing coaching most of her career.

Jess uses psychological theories and proven coaching frameworks to help her clients achieve their goals.  She personalizes her approach for each client to maximize their success and to help empower them to achieve the life goals they are pursuing.
